I was able to fix it. There was a janky homemade plug in the tube. Removed it and works great now

I just purchased a Benelli M1 and replaced the longer hunting barrel with a 14' barrel I bought from Benelli. Installation was no problem, but now after I load 2 shells in the tube and then chamber the shell, the 2nd shell I try to load in the tube gets hung half way in and I have to force it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. D
