With a mlok forend and dueck defense rapid transitions you can have what you want. They won't sit super close to the barrel because you will have to have a m-lok to picatinny to mount the irons but it'll work for sure if shit hits the fan. Not ideal to shoot any shotgun at a cant but I bet you'd rather be sore than dead. You'll want to mount the rapids on the right side if you're right handed but when you order them, you'll have to order the left handed option. When you think about how it will work after looking at the forend and the rapids you will get why. They typically sit on the top picatinny on an ar but for this config it'll be sitting on the right side picatinny.  I will link the forend and the rapids below and also some mlock to picatinny rails. You will want the 15 inch forend so you can spread your irons a bit. I also linked the rapids with the trijicon night sights but Dueck Defense has a regular version for cheaper as well. I do not like a co-witness of any sort for any configuration on any weapon. Pistols of course really do not leave you an option but anything else you can pull it off. Having irons in the sight picture ruins the point of a red dot period in my opinion and in my experience at the range. I like to just put them in their own places so when using either of them I will only be focusing on what I am using. Some people love a co-witness on ar-15 platforms and that is fine, I just know myself and how I perform with it. I do better when I only have one or the other in my view to focus on rather than so much to see when at aim. And for the M4, this is about the only option I could think of for solid back up irons when your red dot fails.

This is a very old post and alot has evolved over the years, but co-witnessing is very doable with micro red dots with the factory iron sights still usable if dot fails. Crappy pictures but you get the idea.

  3. Just wanted to check with the forum to see who pre-ordered a stock in February and have received it from benelliparts.com. I ordered mine on February 9th and it's coming up to the 90 days.

PS: Your comment, "As SD asked" is childest. I answer to whom I care to, PERIOD!

WOW! You asked a question and I gave you my answer. No need to get pissy as your last response was "childish".

I'm not saying your wrong as the boys in blue maybe taught differently on firearm readiness. I have served in the Army over 32 years and when we carry whether in theater or if we carry in garrison our weapon is chambered on safety and no different in my home. I can't count the times I have had to sleep with a chambered weapon. To each their own I guess.

Nice Arthur!  I couldn’t find the 11721 here locally but but did see a few on gunbroker.

I’ll probably end up spending the same amount if not more getting it there but that just means more enjoyment of building the gun out- even if it means a few f-bombs slip out.

I don’t know if I got a good price or not but I did pay $1500 NIB and for me personally the gun was worth every cent.

I did purchase a two gun case from Case Club and snagged it off Amazon as “Used-like new” saved me about 50-60 bucks.  Nothing wrong with the case. 8227AEED-8514-4544-B737-A42130234522.thumb.jpeg.96088cfadce3a3b68a28b07e2b62fd6e.jpeg

    $1500? That's a great deal. I paid 2k for my 11707 a few months ago.

Hello everyone.. just been reading here and thought I'd add a bit... I also just bought a M4 on 3/3/21 and it has a black receiver.. although I don't know how long it sat in inventory before being sold..

I'd be curious to know myself. I bought mine in February and is blue, but I really don't care it has a blue hue.

It is worth it to buy MesaTacktical PG to replace OEM PG stock, how better MesaTactical limb-saver ??, not planing to install scope or RDS.
    thanks

I would say absolutely unless you have oddly long arms. I'm 6'1" and length of pull was uncomfortable for me. The Mesa is perfect LOP for me. I got this one to get me by until my my C stock comes in.

Mine will be for sale once the C stock comes in??

Interesting. I have the Federal flite control low recoil LE stuff and I can only fit 6rds of this.  I can fit 7 slugs no problem.

I'm not sure. Maybe the flight control is a bit longer than the standard. Like I said, mine will load the 00 and slugs in the 2.75 federal I have. Glad I bought a bunch of it since there is right many inconsistencies between shotshells.
