  1. I recently purchased the 14" Entry model and now the wait commences. I chose the SBS because I used to have the full size M4 (LE Model) and regrettably I sold it. It was one of my favorite guns to shoot... so much fun! That being said, it was a bit long and impractical so I got rid of it. There are only two guns I've ever regretted selling and the M4 is one of them. The 14" entry model addresses my main concern with the M4 by making it a bit more compact. For those of you who've shot both, how does recoil between them compare? Is the recoil of the Entry model noticeably more stout? Looking forward to hearing back how they compare in actual shooting experience.
  2. I've got a brand new Benelli M4 in original box with factory accessories for sale. This is the 11707 model with 18.5" barrel and pistol grip. Price is $1800 if you can meet FTF in South Florida. Otherwise $1825 shipped to most locations (I will cover half of shipping costs to your FFL). Not interested in trades at this time. This is cross-posted to AKFiles where I have 100% positive feedback.
  3. I'd obviously like to keep the LE model and may do just that... the calculus is to do that or keep the civilian model and pocket an extra 1k for other projects...
  4. I got this Sureshell Carrier with my new Benelli M4 and never used it. Holds 6 shells and also has a rail. These retail for $120 from Mesa Tactical. You can have this one for $105 shipped to your door. There aren't any blemishes or scratches on it, looks new. Cross-posted to AKFiles where I have 100% positive feedback.
  5. That's a great idea... I may do just that. I would do that but suspect that an unfired M4 will go for significantly more than a used one...
  6. I got my hands on two Benelli M4s: one is the LE/Military model with collapsible stock and full magazine tube and the other is the fixed stock civilian model. I'm trying to decide which to keep. I understand the LE model is highly desirable and more rare. Seeing as I'll only be keeping one, I wanted to ask all of your informed opinions on which to keep. I honestly like the look of the fixed stock model a bit more but the LE model is certainly pretty cool too. The most important feature for me would be magazine capacity. Which brings me to my main question: what are LE/mil models going for currently, brand new? I did a few searches here but couldn't find much. Also, for those of you who have shot both--any considerations I should weigh seeing as I haven't shot either one yet? This will likely be my only shotgun so I want to make it count. Thanks in advance.
