Update: I managed to fix it. Here is what you have to do.
The Manual says if you accidentally activate the trigger guard while trigger disassembly, don't try to force out the trigger assembly.
The reason why the trigger gets stuck while removing when the cock lever is in open position because it activates the trigger guard.
All you need to do is, push the clock lever further into the open position and with some force of your hand, using the palm, you should be able to push the trigger assemble back into its seat. Do it till you hear the click sound. Then close the clock lever and you will hear the clocking sound. Voila!
