My Supernova was consistently jamming on the last shell from the magazine. It has a 2+ extension from Choate, and the follower they supplied was the problem. Looks like switching back to the Benelli follower (the simple red cup style) has solved it. Totally smooth throughput and no jamming. Discovered Choate’s follower has crack in it as supplied, but I think it’s probably more that it’s a poor design. They use the same follower for all their extensions so I’m betting this is a pervasive issue ... at least with Benellis.
