Recently picked up my very first shotgun: SuperNova tactical. Ordered mag extension for it even before I picked up the gun. Shortly after that I discovered the whole 922(r), and the fact that it applies to all imported shotguns. Installed US made stock, hammer, and follower. There were only stocks with the riser available, so I put on rail for optics just so it looks like it belongs - no point for riser without at least an option to put red dot. The triple rail adapter on the mag extension is machined to match factory extension precisely, and is handy for putting a light on. With these slight modifications the gun does not look anything like what I picked up at the store, and it feels awesome.

This is picture of SuperNova LE that I found on this link, it has a part on the factory magazine extension with rails, but it is not a clamp. Where do I find this part?

My first shotgun, I decided to leave it at that for now. Love the gun, feels perfect.

Never mind, simple math shows 6x3.5” shells take up more space in the magazine than 7x2.75” shells.

Have SuperNova that can handle 3.5” shells, but I am loading 2.75” shells, so the factory extension said +2, but it will accommodate 3 extra shells. Would it overwork the spring if I keep loading 7, or just load as many as it fits and don’t worry about it?

Got original kit for SuperNova, it has grooves on the extension tube to install clamp in two positions, and no instructions. Some third party manufacturers suggest using masking tape for the part of clamp that touches the barrel. Two questions I have: does it matter what position to install the clamp on (given two different grooves), and do I need to use masking tape?

I just purchased my very first shotgun, SuperNova Tactical, mine came with the ghost ring sights. I know that Mesa Tactical has a couple of accessories for it, stocks and the shell carrier with a rail. I was thinking of getting low profile offset rail for a light to put on top of that Mesa carrier rail, and hopefully it won't get in the way of the ghost ring line of sight. Also I am looking for a mag extension that will not extend past the muzzle, but not sure what brand to get. Apparently manual says that magazine extension tube kits are available upon request, and there are mentions of at least a couple of extension kits, but nothing on Benelli site. I am sure some people here have experience with all these accessories, so I wanted to ask for an advice, thanks!
