had the same thing happen to my super sport, the trigger was too heavy. it was tuned by a supposedly good gunsmith, unfortunately as it seems he had no idea about clearances between the disconnector and the hammer. this would cause the shotgun to fire two shots if you released the trigger slowly after you fired the first shot
