Do you know if the 28 gauge stock and 20 gauge stock are the same?

Is the SBE3 28 gauge compact (model #: 11340) the exact same gun as the SBE3 28 gauge (model #: 10330) with a shorter stock? I'm wondering if this is a gun that I can buy for my children and when they are big enough buy a standard size stock.
