Yes it is. It’s refered to as the “Benelli Kiss”.

A good quality choke wrench that you can get some torque on it might get it out, or as the previous Poster said; send the barrel to Briley, or back to Benelli. Next time, put a little anti-seize on your choke tube threads & this won’t happen. Just a tiny bit goes a long way. When you clean your barrel always unscrew your tube and inspect your threads.
