I was able to find ONE of these brand new. I am working to have a batch of these ejector plates machined to hopefully help others who have been looking. If anyone is needing one, you can PM me.

I am in desperate need of an ejector case for an early SBE. Part # 60166 from Benelli. Sadly the part has been discontinued but I am hopeful someone can point me in the right direction and help me source one!
