benelli_boy Posted September 10, 2009 Share Posted September 10, 2009 (edited) I noticed that the Super Black Eagle (I) trigger guard pin spring (part # 018A as/per SBE Spare Parts List manual -refer to picture on page 4 of manual) located on the carrier pin (097H) was missing. I ordered and installed a replacement from Benelli but it pops off when I pull the trigger; release the hammer (maybe that's how the original pin went missing in the first place)! This $7-, very, very small piece of equipment can be very, very difficult to find when it comes off and it appears to be necessary for keeping the trigger group assembly intact. Please advise.
