Erick Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 Hi all, Erick here. I recently picked up a SBE II in a LH model because I just could not pass up the price. I have already switched over the safety but I was wondering if I could easily convert it to a Right Hand shotgun. I am pretty certain that it's going to cost me more than I want to spend but it would be good knowledge to know. The best I can figure, it would take a new RH barrel, bolt and a few other drop in parts. Anyone have any idea? I shot a few boxes through it this weekend and it didn't bother me since it's my first auto but having the action on the same side as the release would have been nice. Shoots like a dream, so much that I might be selling my Nova to my brother. Quote
tucker301 Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 All you should have to change are the barrel assembly and bolt group. Both the RH and LH versions use the same lower receiver. Quote
southhenry Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 If you find the conversion too costly, I would be interested in a left handed model. Quote

I haven't signed on since posting the original message. I am interested in selling the SBE II, but more interested in trading a LH for a RH. Thanks. Quote
