What choke do I use with my new Benelli Nova

I've got 3 chokes that came with my Benelli Nova. This is my first shotgun and I've never used chokes before. I understand that they affect the pattern of the shot (narrower or wider), correct?

 

My question is what choke is supposed to be used for hunting which bird. BTW, I mostly hunt dove.

Choke and shot combinations for specific game is something you'll learn over time.
