Insatlling Oversize Safety

Hey All , I bought a Dave's metal works oversize safety and want to install it.

 

Has anyone done this before on an M4 ?

 

I'd appreciate any tips

Remove trigger group.

Tap out the retaining pin.

Remove the spring and detent.

Replace safety and put everything back in reverse order.

 

The spring and detent are acccessible from the topside of the trigger group, so it's no trobule to get to them at all.

 

Just make sure you've got the spring hole covered with your finger when the pin comes out, to keep it from flying away on you.
