Looking for end cap and spring for standard tube M-1, Super 90

Lost the original cap and spring in 2 moves in 2 years. I would like to drop back to the original tube for turkey hunting to get under 6 rounds (NYS limit for small game hunting)

They have other length springs too and the cap comes in other finishes (timber camo, etc) too if you're not looking for the black
