If you look at the end of the tube, with barrel and forend removed, you will see that there is actually a nut with small wrench flats on either side. Find the appropriate size wrench and have at it. Mine has a small notch inscribed on the tube and nut that looks to be a guide to where you take it back to when reassembling. Oh, don't forget about that spring compression. :eek: :D

Thanks for the response. It worked great. I am going to have to call Benelli in the morning. Follower is still hanging up at the mouth of the tube.
