bigkuntry72 Posted November 13, 2010 Share Posted November 13, 2010 what exactly does the shim kit for the vinci adjust. im new the the world of guns and am not exactly sure what drop, cast, etc all do. do the shims adjust left to right or up and down? ive got shims A,C, and Z in the bag. my gun is shooting a tad high and left. thanks in advance. hognutz Posted November 13, 2010 Share Posted November 13, 2010 If your gun is shooting high, as some do, mine included, put the thickest shim in place. That will lower the POI. The left and right thing, dunno. I put the thickest shim in, and added a Champion Easy Hit sight also. bigkuntry72 Posted November 14, 2010 Author Share Posted November 14, 2010 ok theres one thicker in the bag than whats in the gun. it says in the manual the marked side is for right deviation and the unmarked side is for left deviation. will move it right or left accordingly or is that for right or left handed shooters? thanks.
