M3 Super 90

I just bought a M3 Super 90 Tactical and I have to admit it is my first shotgun purchase and at the expense of sounding stupid. I can only load 2 + 1 rounds. The website says it should hold 5 + 1 rounds. What am I missing? What do I need to do to get 5 + 1?

u take the plug out in tube

take off the mag cap and use a flathead screwdriver to pop off the metal ring thing to pull out the limiter then reassemble
