ultravista Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 What is the finish on the M4 receiver? Benelli states "matte hard-anodized". It appears to be painted, not coated. What is the finish on the barrel and magazine tube? Mine is slightly greenish, not completely black. Is the barrel parkerized or? Somewhat odd, the very end of the barrel, maybe 1.5 inches is much darker than the rest of the barrel. It is almost in a band so I know it's factory made this way.
