Whats' the difference between the M1 and the M2?

I know there are some differences cosmetically, but are they different internally?

Cryogenically treated barrel, triggerguard made of plastic, plastic mag follower, different chokes, stock & forend design. Other than that, same parts for magtube, springs, recoil tube, bolt and trigger assembly parts.
