Supersport Shims?

I have a Supersport that isn't fitting me properly. I'm still seeing too much of the top of the rib even after installing the "C" shim. The manual lists all the way up to a "D" shim but one did not come with my gun. Is there supposed to be a "D" shim included with the gun, do I have to purchase it separate, or is the manual just wrong?
