SBE vs. Legacy

I am looking to buy a shotgun and I am seriously considering a SBE or Legacy. Other than the ability to shoot 3 1/2 inch shells from the SBE is there much difference between the two?

 

I mostly do pheasant/turkey hunting. I am leaning toward the Legacy.

 

Anyone have a used Legacy?
