Anyone know where I can locate / purchase an M4 schematic? Preferebly with dimensions...?

Have you tried here? Benelli's Italian site.

Scroll down to M4 Super 90 and download it.

Its also the same one that should have come with your gun if you bought it new.

I don't know of any manufacturer that will provide dimensions.
