Supernova Cycling issues

So my supernova is giving me troubles. The supernova with the barrel attached will not cycle shells from the tube and onto the elevator. But when I take the barrel off the shotgun cycles rounds just fine. I rack the slide back and shells land on the elevator and into where the barrel should be. But it won’t do that with the barrel on. 
 

Has anyone else had this issue?
