How to raise front ghost ring sight blade on M1 S90

I bought a used police trade m1s90 that came with 14.5 in barrel and ghost ring sights.

if I adjust the rear sight all the way down I am still 6-8 inches high at 25 yards with federal LE buckshot.

is there a way to shim the front sight to raise it?

the sight blade that came on the gun had a small washer under it but it does not raise it enough to make much difference.

The front ghost ring sight blade is located on the receiver of the M1 S90. To raise it, you will need to remove the bolt catch by rotating it downwards. You will then be able to move the front ghost ring sight blade up and down, but only when the bolt is not in place.
