Mark Busam Posted January 12, 2022 Share Posted January 12, 2022 I purchased a SBEIII for Christmas. I am having issues putting the shotgun together and getting apart. I tried to slide the barrel onto the stock and it would not seat tightly(1/16th to 1/8) gap at back of barrel and stock. Tried to remove barrel but I needed help from my son to get apart. I called the store in which I had purchased the gun and was told they would make it right. I took it back and did not agree with the solution they came up with and ask that they send back to Benelli. I have since called and left 3 messages with Benelli's customer service line and have yet to hear back. Please follow up asap so we can get the issue resolved. Thank you!
