amundsen Posted September 22, 2004 Posted September 22, 2004 I have a Nova 12 with a 24" barrel and on about every 5 to 10 shells it will not pick it up and eject it. This seems to be random occurence but causes problems when hunting. Should I send the whole Gun back or just the bolt. I have taken it apart and cleaned it so that doesn't seem to have any effect. thanks in advance Quote
Chessie Dog Posted September 24, 2004 Posted September 24, 2004 My Nova seemed to do the same thing right after I bought it. The more I've shot it the less it seems to happen. The action was a little stiff until I ran a good number of shells through it. 3 1/2 shells seemed to give me the most trouble, I've had none of these occurances in about a year though. It may just be getting used to a new gun. Quote
