M2’s Shot High Too?

Are most right on or close? Are most correctable with shim adjustments. 
I won’t be able to shoot it or take it back. 
Buy or Pass? Thoughts or comments will be appreciated.

28" barrel was perfect.  20" shot (on the same receiver/stock shot a little high (though I don't shoot clays with it, it's for 3-gun and the like, so shooting steel closer up. Slightly bigger dot was enough to make it good). All my others are sights or chopped down rib barrels, they don't, but I don't know that they're applicable.

Not something I've heard too many people complain about.
