KevinMac1704 Posted September 12, 2023 Share Posted September 12, 2023 I bought a new SBE3 two weeks ago with wood furniture, I have since put several “dings” in the stock of it, it has to be the softest wood I have ever seen on any stock, I’m no stranger to shotgun stocks, has anyone refinished this type of stock or is it one of those “wood grain printed on stock” on the barrel side of the forearm and also when I take the but pad off the wood has no grain in it whatsoever, so that makes me hesitant to start sanding it down.
