M4 Gen 2 (Pro) integral mounts Scalarworks vs MI

I checked few related threads on the forum but couldn’t find definitive answers. I have M4 Gen 2 (Pro) and am planing to use Vortex Sparc Solar. My understanding is that mounting it on it’s own lower 1/3 plate will give no cowotness of iron sights, and mount is not QD. So I was thinking about integral mounts from Scalarworks Sync/01 and Midwest industries BENELLI M4-AIMPOINT T2 MOUNT.

My question is if both of these mounts provide the same hight for the sights? I’ll use Aimpoint Micro footprint as I assume this is what Vortex is using.

If anyone had an experience with Sparc, it would also be nice to know how these mounts will translate to Sparc Solar as full cowotness or lower. My preference would be lower cowotness.

Thanks.
