Do I need this m lok handguard from midway usa for this light I bought?

Hi, I bought a Streamlight 88066 ProTac Rail Mount HL-X from amazon for my m4. Do I need an m lok handguard for it? I know others here said there are lights which mount with the oem handguard. I got this light first because I decided to go the m lok route. Midway usa has the m lok handguard for a benelli m4.

I could always return this light to amazon and just go the other way.
