Benelli m4 not feeding rounds onto tray

Im having issues with my benelli m4 not loading rounds from the tube onto the tray properly. After firing every round i have to manually engage the tube with the little lever next to the trigger to then load a round from the tube onto the tray. Is there a simple way to fix this or am i going to have to fix it off of warranty from the sportsmans warehouse i bought it from?

Here is the video as requested haha, it was a bit hard to take with one hand so apologies in advance.

The problem I have is im having to engage the tube to load the tray between rounds because it doesnt automatically cycle the tube to the tray and if there is nothing on the tray the next round doesnt load and it wont fire.

So, did you pull the trigger when you said whenever you fire a round? The trigger needs to be pulled or that cartridge level needs to be pressed in order for a round to be released into the carrier.

At the range yes, but not for the video. It doesnt cycle even after firing and i have to hit the cartridge lever between every round otherwise there is nothing to load in the chamber.

Oh! Ok. Send a pic of your trigger group, top and sides, and if you can make a video pulling the trigger with it out of the gun that would be helpful, but send pics. I think It could be the cartridge drop lever spring. Let’s see that.

Actually, now that I look at it, could be the lever is not engaged, meaning when the hammer is released, the spring beneath it is not catching the drop lever.
