How to remove plugs in pre drilled rail for Nova 3

I just got the benelli nova 3 and am trying to put an optic on it. I have a picatinny rail that lines up with the pre drilled holes on the receiver, but I can’t figure out how to take out the plastic plugs that come in the holes. Could someone help me out?

You need to fully disassemble the rifle, remove trigger guard, and from inside use a punch to punch them out. 
on a side note, where did you get the rail from, I can’t seem to find one for Nova 3?
