828u Sport Trigger stuck

Yep I did it 🫣. I didn’t check to insure my lever was in the closed position and tried to remove my trigger now it’s stuck half in and half out.  A few years ago someone posted a step by step to fix the issue but I can’t find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks, Todd

Hello All - REMARKABLE totally helped me with this.  My trigger system was totally jammed - due to my stupidity- I did everything wrong.. and paid the price ..  I needed to remove the steel locking plate (held in by the plastic locking block on the floor of the receiver) & once out, I could manually press in the firing pin hammers manually.   Once that was done, I could muscle the trigger group back into position and lock it back into normal position.. it does take some pressure, but nothing violent.  Very happy for the support and guidance

Thanks PBFitz.  I followed your instructions and got to the point of pushing the trigger assembly back in to reseat it but it won’t go. I put a lot of pressure on it but still wouldn’t go. Any other tips?  or @remarkable and other thoughts?  Thanks guys! Todd
