Nova short stock 20g safety (Left Hand)

I did a search prior to posting this message and did not find an answer. Can the safety be changed to fit a lefty? A lefty must reach around the trigger guard to engage the gun in the fire mode. Just wondering if this was an easy switch for a gun smith.

Yes, the safety can be switched, but it's not as easy as a Remington or Browning.

The spring and detent are nestled in underneath the crossbolt.

I've done a couple. No fun, but do-able.

 

Benelli will do it for you if you call CS and set it up.

Obviously, you'll have to send it to them.
