How do I remove the factory pad?

 

Will replacing the factory pad with the Sims pad cause recycling issues as does the mercury filled option?

 

Anyone know the right Sims Recoil pad part number to fit SBE1?

1. Phillips screwdriver. Place a drop of oil on the tip and push it into the hole in the pad. Engage screw head and turn screwdriver counter-clockwise. Repeat process in other hole.
