samthedog Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 Thanks for the reply to my shim questions Tucker. That solves that. Can you tell me how the recoil pad changes the LOP ? I think I have a clue, but not sure at all. So far, these are the only issues I see with this new gun that are new to me. Quote
tucker301 Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 LOP is the distance from the trigger to the recoil pad. A shorter LOP is achieved by installing a shorter recoil pad. Quote
samthedog Posted November 2, 2007 Author Posted November 2, 2007 I get that. Still doesn't seem like much of a factor, given all the other variables in hitting a moving target flying through the air. Quote
Russ F. Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 I just added an 1 1/2" to my SBE2 stock and had a great improvement in sporting clays. I'm 6' 10" and the gun was designed for the average man ( 5' 11"). Quote
