ranger_goff
I gave up on the Stoeger 2000 and bought a SuperNova Tactical. Pump guns have always worked for me. I like the feel and short overall length. In the deep woods of Alabama, this is a big plus. I just sent the barrel to Carlson's to be choked, as the cylinder bore did nothing for me. In the mean time, I had a few questions: 1) I've seen a few concerns regarding fore-end play: mine exhibits a small degree. Does this affect bolt/chamber lock-up enough to cause light primer strikes? (ie, excess firing pin travel causing mis-fires) 2) What do you guys use to keep extra shells available for the shotgun? 3) Has anyone else had their fixed barrel choked? THANKS!
