They changed the grooves on the bottom.

Here is a picture of one I killed this past season. I killed him with my 870 Supermag w/ a 24" fully rifled barrel, 3.5x scope, and shooting Barnes Expander slugs. Stone dead at 30 yds. Is there a site I can go to and compare the pre '95 SBE bolt to the newer designs. I would like to look at some pictures preferrably. Casey

Does a left handed bolt have the same groove pattern on the bottom as a right handed model bolt does? Do they the same grooves on the bottom? Casey

I there a mod or a part I can order to make my SBE hold four shells (1 chambered, 2 in the mag and 1 under the action) like one of the older models. Casey
