I just use the modified (3 notches) choke.

Couldn't you just get a Sport II and then buy the 24" inch barrel. The barrel looks the same on the Sport II and the Legacy which is based off the SBE barrel.

One thing I would like to change would be the use of shims in the Nova.

I put a Nova slug gun on layaway today and they said it just comes with a box. Is this correct?

Well first I used the cylinder (skeet) choke. The slugs were hitting all over the target from standing about 65 feet away. Then I used the improved cylinder choke which helped the shots get in a tighter range of where they were hitting, but still pretty far away from where I was aiming. Could I try the modified choke? Do you think this choke will help?

I don't know how they treat other people, but that's how they treated me. I was just stating my personal experience with Benelli.

I was wondering if my Atlantic Flyway came with the right butt pad because it was smaller than the one pictured on the site.

The safety on my SBEII is fine as well as the other two at the store I go to. As for customer service, I called them the other day and they didn't know the answer to my question. They called back the next day and gave me an answer. I'm very happy with Benelli so far, but that's just my experience.

Mine is also a little stiff on my SBE II. I pull the handle back a little and then push the button. It seems easier to push this way.

Which One?

I picked up my SBEII Atlantic Flyway last night and the safety isn't stiff. Everything seems to be fine.

I just picked up my atlantic flyway tonight and there aren't any scratches on the barrel.

I want to order a rifled slug barrell for a SBE II I'm going to purchase and I'm wondering if the barrell comes drilled and tapped or a scope. Thanks.

What's the difference between the Super Black Eagle 12 gauge slug gun and the M1 Field 12 gauge slug gun?
