Hi All, I am wondering if any of you know how the recoil pad on the SBEII will work if a lefty is using a righty gun? On benelli website they say that the pad fits the shoulder better. I hope that the pad accomodates left or right. Anone know for sure? John PS I email benelli few days ago. so far no response.

I recently returned my SBE in hopes of picking up a new SBEII. I've called 15 gun shops around the Detroit area and no luck. Not even Cabela's has em. I've had people even say they're not out yet. I have been told that there is going to be a 2 month back order. Anyone know how to get one earlier? I'm looking for 26-28" barrel, in 4D max. Pref lefty, but righty will do. Im really pumped, as its my first shot gun, and i want to do some practicing before the season. Any help would be welcomed! John

My father-in-law was looking at my SBE and was wondering if you could mount a scope on it? For myself, I don't intend to use it for anything but waterfowl, but for his own edification we thought we would place this post.

Hi, I just bought my first shotgun, and SBE. Then I noticed that they have the SBEII. To those who have tried both, is there a significant diff between the two? I am thinking of returning the other, though i may take a hit on price. Thank you, John
