I sent my trigger assy. to Benelli. Benelli got it Monday 7/19. I called them to find out about it and they told me they did not get it. After telling them who signed for it they found it in a room. Got a note in the mail from them today saying it will take 15 working days from 7/26!!! Just a wee bit longer then a two day turn around. This is my first Benelli and most likley my last.

I purchased my first Benelli a SBEII in March and it came in last week. But before I ordered and spend that kind of money I had some questions I called Benelli cust. service three times. I had no trouble haveing to hold on the line and my call went thru very quickly each time. The service rep. was very pleasent to speak with and was very helpful. That was very important to me as to which shotgun I was going to purchase. I'm very happy with their service and with my new shotgun. Would I buy another yes not only because of such a great product but also how they took care of me on the phone. Thanks Benelli !!!
