Any thig new on this yet? I Read something obout a FOIA letter that went to BATF. I think In ARFCOM. is this a dead issue or is there light at the end of this tunnel?

ok So i have figured the H type combination puzzle box. If iput another lateral detent porportionate to the foward verticle detent this would shorten the pull alittle more than an inch would i have to "demil" the rear lateral detent so it remained a true one position fixed stock? im alittle fuzzy on the semi auto shotguns. Ill go back and reread the machine gun bible if i have to but if someone knows the deal on this i'd appreciate some input. should I tell them to come back Sept 13 or can I get this off my bench this week?

Is the civilian model removable? I have a customer who brought one in want's to shorten the pull. Any sugestions?
