  1. It will not. The pistol grip stock has the HK-style sling swivel throught the stock, so you can't mount the recoil reducer assembly in it.
  2. My local dealer got it from Benelli. I ordered it several months ago, before they even arrived in country. I haven't fired it yet, but it looks BADASS!
  3. Has anyone installed a Weaver 93/Picatinny rail on their SuperNova. If so, what brand did you use and were the supplied mounting screws too long? Benelli customer service told me that they might be. Thanx!
  4. Woo Hoo!!!! It finally came in today. I already had the Tactical Nova with ghost rings, but I just HAD to have the pistol grip stock. I've got my mag extension installed already, but my side saddle won't fit because of the change in the receiver design. Does anyone have any experinece with installing a picatinny rail on the SuperNova's? I see what appear to be plugged holes on top of the receiver...
  5. The factory accepted the order for my new shotgun, but they couldn't provide a ship date on it. Does anyone have any insight?
  6. The Supernova. It's in the new dealer catalog. I've talked to Benelli and they say that it'll be out sometime this month... One of the options is a pistol grip stock.
  7. FN, you've personally installed that safety in a Nova?
  8. I just talked to Benelli and the triangle-shaped jumbo head safety that Brownells said will fit the Nova will not. So I guess it's a moot point and the safety is on its way back to Iowa. Thanks for the input!
  9. You didn't say what the intended usage of the shotgun would be... I just got my Nova Tactical a few weeks ago and I LOVE IT!!! Granted it is NOT nearly as smooth as an 870, the features are great and I've found it to be extremely accurate with 00 buck and rifled slugs. In my opinion the Nova was the best $280 that I've spent in some time. Good luck!
  10. I just received a jumbo head safety "kit" (NO instructions or diagram) for my Nova from Brownells. Has anyone installed one yet? If so, how difficult a task was it? Bearing in mind that: a)I'm not a gunsmith or an armorer, and b) I do have a little better than average knowledge or firearms disassembly. Thanx in advance!
