I also have a xd40 v10 ( ported ) 4in in od green. I have probally 1000rds in mine with out a hiccup. The ported is loud as ****, but at the indoor range I shot at youhave to wear ear protection anyways so not a big deal. If you ever have to use the ported gun for self defense I'm pretty sure you wont notice the loudness. You'll just be glad you got a good quality gun that goes bang everytime. A friend got a dark earth 45 a couple months after I got mine. That dark earth sure looks good. I might have to just buy another.

Positively get 2, yes two sizes bigger then you first looked at. I sarted with a 10 gun real cheap safe. Not even a year later I was out of room and had to buy a new safe. I went with a 31 wide body from cabelas that went for $799 I think.

The first thing is he knows this blog is goingto be read all over the internet. For someone PRO 2nd ammendment, should have known better to say ban any GUN, that can be legally purchased. Then to call this BLACK GUNS "terrorist guns" was just insane. Military and police forces all over the world use these weapons and are far beyond terrorist. The best military in the world ( U.S.A.) uses the m16, which you know is identical the the ar15, besides fully and semi auto. And Mr. Z damn sure knows our own military carry this same weapon. So why say something like that. So not only hurt assualt rifle owners but alot of military that put their lives on the line with these " terrorist" weapons. So as MRMILITARYPOLICE well stated " you can not pick and chose" which guns you want to fight for in the 2nd ammendment. Theres two sides, with us or against us, kinda like TERRORIST- and COUNTER TERRORIST....two sides

I just want to give mine 2cents on the M2000. It is good gun for the money. I'll be the first to admitt the first month I had it it almost landed in the river 3 or 4 times when it was malfunctioning. I then got on the net and found out that lots of people where having these same problems. So I cleaned it inside and out. Shoot 3 boxes of the cheapest 3in shells I could find. In the first box there was a couple of misfires, by the 3rd box it ws cycling faster than I'll ever need. All my point is is it is a decent gun for the money. There are alot of post and (people) that (know) people that has problems with this gun. So if you like it get. Like Al-waterfowler put it "if you want an auto get it" is a good gun.
