I have attempted to contact Benelli twice via email. My problems are; *The choke tubes do not fit the barrel *The choke wrench is missing in the box *My emails go without response Should I attempt to call?

Hello, New member... I have a Nova Tactical. There were two (2) choke tubes in the carton with the gun (& and no wrench). I read through the user manual and for the life of me cannot determine how to install those choke tubes - They do not screw into the muzzle. The surely don't want to drop in from the breach in...
