  1. Were were the 80 million prior to February 13, 2002:

    The House of Representatives turned the Bill of Rights on its head. The House rejected, by a 219 to 209 vote, a pro-gun amendment offered by Mississippi Republican Charles W. "Chip" Pickering. The Pickering amendment would have:

    1. Exempted Second Amendment groups from the draconian provisions of the Incumbent Protection Bill (see vote taken on February 14, 2002);

    2. Emphasized the importance of firearms for self-protection; and

    3. Found that the Second Amendment is an "individual" right which is not just applicable to the National Guard. A vote against the Pickering amendment was a vote to limit the Second Amendment to the organized National Guard. By contrast, a vote in favor of the amendment was a pro-gun vote and is listed as a "+".

    Failed: 209-219

    How many of us wrote our Senators and Congressman to make our voices heard? Was it even a million?

    MrMP keep the fight, some of us will. And then there are some that as you say "won't walk the walK"

  2. newbaxter66, I read your mail too quick. Your question was "Am having some trouble removing the adjustable stock from my M4"

    1st if the model is 11707 then, with the muzzle facing left and the adjustable stock in your right hand "Fully Collapsed". Depress adjustable stock button and look at the top of the Stock Rod. You'll see a dimple, then one line, then the second line. On the second line stop then turn the butt stock toward you, then slide it all the way off. That's it. Have fun.

  3. SVTKILR, I would purchase the M11707. This one allows you to change the butt stock from the solid stock to the calapsable/extended version. The M1014 with the flag (only 2500 made) does not give you this capability.
