  1. Yes they look different, but I found out that they do interchange. It's not the outside of the pad but the inside that counts. At least this one did. I sure hope you didn't drive very far to just look.
  2. Will the Comfort Tec recoil pad fit on the M2 American? Thanks Jerry
  3. Five-O, your lucky, they would not replace mine (4 months old, they told me I put it in wrong and I told them I never took it out). But I did find out there was a problem with some of them. After I bought another pad, Benelli told me to wipe the lip of the pad off with alcohol and that would fix it.
  4. The limbsaver pad is great. Although the adaptor takes a little work to get it installed correctly. The limbsaver pad is a little more sticky than the gel pad but with use it slicks up. I have one on my SBE II. The main reason is when I first bought my shot gun in December 2006 the pad was loose and would not stay in. Benelli CS told me to clean the flange or the pad with alcohol and it would stay in. It would not. And it was installed by me correctly(completely flush the way it should be). And yes I do know how to put the gelpads in as this was my second SBEII and third Benelli gun. Another call to the factory and CS said they would not send me one under warranty, my gun was 2 days old (from my date of purchase from the Benelli dealer). I ask them if I could send the gun back and let them look at it, CS said they would charge me for the work, freight and parts.I was not happy and didn't want to get in a fuss so I bought a limbsaver pad.
