  1. Hookster's correct but... With a little work it can be done. I have a Comfortech on my M3 and love it.
  2. Glad to see I'm not the only one with an M3 and 26" vent rib hunting barrel to go with it. I even fit a Comfortech stock to mine. This set up is very versatile. -Lee
  3. Paid $100 for mine brand new. Sold the long pad for $60 on GB and bought the short pad for $59 on clearance at Sportsman's Warehouse. Getting it to fit my M3 required a little work on a milling machine, but was worth it. The same mods would be necessary to make it fit an M1. Hope that helps. Thanks, Lee
  4. Went shooting yesterday and the M3 ran like a champ, despite being almost devoid of lubrication. Recoil was fine despite having the thinnest pad on the Comfortech. Had to make a little clearance cut in the forend to keep it from hitting the Tac2 oversize bolt release when using it in pump action. Before the cut the forend would hit the button, releasing a second shell, jamming the gun. This fine firearm never ceases to amaze me with how well it works and how simple it is despite being a switch-action. Thanks, Lee
  5. Howdy, All: New here. Just used my Dad's milling machine to fit a Comfortech stock to my M3. Wasn't too hard and can't wait to give it a try. The fit is not perfect as the receiver profiles are slightly different but I think it will work just fine. Anyone need a pistol grip stock?
