I called Benelli after the first incident and they also suggested a cleaning. After a good cleaning it happened again after about 25 rounds. I guess I'll send it to Benelli for service.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced the trigger on their Supernova getting stuck in the rearward position. It can be brought back with moderate finger pressure. It has now happened twice in about 200 rounds.

I went to the range with my new supernova this weekend, after about 50 rounds the trigger failed to reset, or maybe it was just stuck. Benelli said to clean the trigger assembly. Have you had any success getting this problem resolved? Thanks.

Wondered why I was getting no responses, just realized this forum is not for customer service issues.

I just purchased a Supernova Tactical. I put about 150 rounds of various type ammo through it today. It fed everything flawlessly. There was a problem at one point, the trigger failed to reset. I cycled ammo several times and it failed to reset, then it spontaneously reset. It was a bit disconcerting. Other then that, wow, what a great shotgun! Any thoughts? Thank you.
